The article presents modern approaches about the diagnosis of brain damage and development cognitive impairment in patients with multiple sclerosis. Cognitive sclerosis is quite common, but they not always noticed, significantly reduce patients' quality life. describes possibilities neuroimaging methods to identify structural parts responsible for functions. importance neurotrophic factor (BDNF) as a promising biomarker presented.
